About Rebecca Padek LCSW

Rebecca loves her job and is passionate about the work that she does. She approaches this work in the spirit of service and supporting others. She is a licensed clinical social worker, and she is also trained to be a neutral mental health provider in collaborative divorces. This training gives her in-depth familiarity with the Texas Family Code and the divorce process in Dallas. Couples, individuals, and adolescent children depend on her to guide them through the emotions of divorce and redefining their family system. She'll even collaborate with attorneys to provide the family with ample opportunities to make the tough decisions associated with divorce.

You deserve to live the happiest version of your life, and Rebecca is committed to helping you reach this goal. Over the past 25 years, she has gained valuable experience and has made important connections within the therapeutic community. She's known for being supportive, understanding, and empathetic. Her treatment approach focuses on the use of cognitive behavioral therapy within a psychodynamic and family systems framework. As a social worker, her top priority is the healing of her clients, and therefore, she will refer clients to other professionals if they are better suited to the specific situation.
